Tufts are tied inside the mattress to resist wear. The visco and foam layers are completely wrapped in a blanket of our exclusive 100% densified polyester fiber for added feel and stability. . The ViscoTouch is designed and engineered as a single-sided sleeping and seating surface, concentrating the memory foam at the top to maximize comfort. A 1” layer of high-resilience foam beneath the memory foam enhances comfort and resiliency. The secret to the deep support and natural hinging action of the ViscoTouch is a 4” layer of custom “contour cut” foam, grooved and slotted to reduce weight and ease closing to the sofa position.
