Delivery and setup is available by us within the greater Chicagoland area and we also ship to the 48 contiguous United States. When you place an order to ship we hire a shipping carrier to deliver your furniture at a discount. Our goal is to reduce the cost you pay. We know that when companies offer free shipping on heavy furniture they just bundle together the costs. Your cost for shipping heavy items from us is broken out from the price so you can see what you pay.

Shipping delivery: Your product can be delivered to the threshold of your residence. The item will not be brought inside and will not be assembled. In some rare cases really large items may only be delivered from the back of the delivery truck. Protect your product from damage: Remember to inspect the package when it is delivered to make sure there is no damage. If you notice that the box has damage please be sure to write Product Damaged on the sheet that the delivery person asks you to sign. Take digital pictures of the damage, don't open the item, and contact us.

How long will delivery take?: Delivery time varies based on distance and what you order. Items usually ship using ground transportation. Returns and Exchanges: Please take time to make sure the item(s) you purchase are the right size, color, weight, and will fit up the stairs or elevator and are the right size for your room. If you have any doubts or question contact our Evanston store at (847)866-8124. Our staff has great product knowledgeable and will be happy to discuss the specifics. Contact us first if you think you need to make a Return. We may be able to take care of the issue without a return. If you contact us first and you do need to make a return make sure you put the item back into the box and packaging. Shipping and return shipping are non refundable.

Cancelling a shipment: Once you order an item and the item ships, it is too late to cancel the shipment. If this happens contact our Evanston store at (847)866-8124. Cancelling a shipment when the shipper charges us will result in you being responsible for shipping costs.
