Shipping and local delivery: 
The price of our furniture does not include shipping, delivery, or set up. Some sites bundle it in but we don\'t think it\'s fair if you pick it up yourself. Shipping and delivery prices depend on the size, weight, and your location.  We will work with you to find the best possible shipping and delivery rate. Please contact our Evanston store during normal store hours at (847)866-8124 for cost.

Local delivery: 
Both stores have delivery and set up services.  Delivery hours for Clark Street are from 11-7 weekdays and 12-6 Saturdays. There will be a 3-4 hour window for delivery.  Customers will be called before the delivery.  It is the customer’s responsibility to answer the phone and confirm delivery.  If you miss the delivery, we will reschedule and recharge the delivery fee.  Please keep your phone ringer on loud.

Orders must be paid in full before delivery.

Our Evanston store uses an experienced independent contractor.  Hours for delivery will be handled by the contractor and the customer.  All the above applies.

Make sure it fits:    
Don\'t skip this part.
For large furniture make sure to check that it can fit through your doorway, stairways, and elevator. Check for any low ceilings, sharp turns in stairs and hallways, or walls that stick out on the way into or inside your place. Doors should be 32 inches wide at a minimum. Sofas need to stand up in stairways at turns and need at least 90 inches on landings and in elevators.  If you tell us it will fit we assume you checked and measured. Contact us if you notice anything that looks too tight at (847)866-8124. We have lots of experience and are happy to help make sure your furniture fits into your space. Trust us, check your space first for sofas and other large items to avoid a second delivery.  

Does you building have set times when you can have a delivery? Do they require you to make a reservation?

An upholsterer is available if needed.  There will be a charge for this service.

There is an assembly charge if you want us to set up your unassembled furniture.  Please make sure you request assembly before delivery.

Do it yourself: 
You are always welcome to pick up your furniture yourself at our warehouse. You can also arrange to pick up your order at one of our stores with advance notice.  Please make sure to bring your pick up receipt with you.  We need to see your receipt for proof of purchase.
